About the job:


SUM by Sum Style is on the lookout for a tech-savvy and innovative Social Media Marketing Intern to complement our dynamic Social Media Marketing Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Social Media team to craft engaging content for our company website and social media platforms. 


This is a part-time, unpaid position. Despite being unpaid, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in content creation and the fashion industry. This position will last 3 months with the possibility of extension into the fall or a compensated role. 


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the social media team in creating/editing content for social media pages.
  • Coming up with & pitching weekly content ideas while staying on top of trends.
  • Weekly social media research tasks (hashtags, audios, etc.)


What we are looking for:

  • Willing to dedicate a maximum of 5 hours per week towards content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Experience using video editing tools (Capcut, Adobe Premiere, etc).
  • An interest in fashion and/or the fashion industry.
  • A creative individual with an eye for aesthetics and is willing to learn and pitch ideas.
  • Ideal majors include, but are not limited to: Communication, Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations.

-This is a 100% remote internship.

-This is a 3-month, unpaid position with the potential to extend into a longer internship and/or a paid position. We may also grant college credit (if applicable to your university).
